Free Technology for Teachers is one of those must-read blogs for teachers interested in technology (probably even for those that aren't.) It's almost impossible to explain why this blog is so amazing.
It includes Google Tools Tutorials, Projects with Web Tools, Video Creation Resources, resources for Developing a PLN as well as resources for Creating Blogs and Websites. (These sections of the blog are not hyperlinked here; do go to the blog and explore).
