Last Saturday
Nine RRVWP site leaders met on Saturday for a series of productive meetings at NDSU. Our Scholastic team worked on judging panels for the art and writing awards, NWP conference participants shared out on their experiences, and working groups started on new grant proposals. Our new assistant, Maggie Wheeler, will have meeting notes available soon.
This Week
Take a break from the holiday hustle and bustle to nurture your writer self. Join our RRVWP writing group this Saturday, December 12th, at 9:00 a.m. at the Dunn Brothers Coffee on 13th Ave. S. and 25th St. S. If you have something to workshop, bring it along!
Later this Month
Our next leadership meeting will be at 10am on Monday, December 28th. We will be working on grant proposals that are due in January.
In the New Year
Scholastic entries are due on January 1st. Before break, please encourage talented students to submit their work.
February 26-28 is the Winter Writing Retreat.
The theme for the summer institute is Writing in Changing World, and it will take place July 6-22nd.
