RRVWP Writing Group is Firing Up for the Fall

We're firing up the RRVWP writing group for another school year. Why should you join us? For one, teachers should be practitioners of their content area. More than likely, you're already a prolific reader, but what about your own writing practice?  And another reason to join us is that writing is a powerful way to make sense of the world. The more I spend time with writers, the more I come to realize how much writing helps us to connect with others as we seek ways of using words to describe those things we might otherwise take for granted. We're going to set aside some Saturday mornings to write. Each gathering begins at 9:00 a.m. We'll try Atomic Coffee at 222 N. Broadway for the October meeting. Here are the dates:
